Delivery was on time. The cue stick itself is well made and the tip works extremely well. I have nothing to complain about and would recommend this cue to anyone looking to step up their game
This cue butt did not fit my BLS12.5 10 and I was very disappointed that I could not return it! So, I will not be buying anymore billiard equipment from your company.
It's what I ordered and it's not what you said I was told to take pictures send them in took pictures of the of the stick you sent and of the boxes with numbers on them. I really think I've waited too long to hear back
I'm upset, I'm a second time buyer going to a pool hall that has 17 tables showing my first stick around from you folks. You sent me the wrong stick I was told to take pictures I did and send them back and I've heard nothing from anybody please respond
As stated by others Carbon Fiber Shafts have “unmatched durability, resistance to warping, and lower deflection. They are practically weatherproof, require almost no maintenance (no sanding), and provide extreme consistency in performance. Their rigidity and strength reduce vibration, resulting in a cleaner, more accurate hit.” (Reddit) Now I’m just an average player, but I had to try. I was not going to buy anything near $500.00 but this Z luk Cabon Fiber shaft is Great for me. I will comment that the butt of the cue is another story, the beauty, the Aesthetics and Inlays that to me will always stand the test of time and be a place for them.
The Shaft has very fat tapper. Rolls striat and tip is decent. A good beginner or spare pool hall stick that you don't mind if it get abused a little
The shaft performs very well, unfortunately the name is had engraved was messed up.
Custom ordered cue. It was built as ordered under 17.8oz with a 10.5mm tip to be used as a Snooker cue. A very nice playing cue!
Really enjoyed the shaftwith a nishiki tip. Would like to see a bit more in tip selection at a later time or quite possibly a ferule upgrade section even.
Everything was good. I got on USPS updates and it was fine. I knew when it was coming I knew why I was gonna be delivered. And packaged well looks good. I like to handle.
Awesome and great customer service 👍 and love the feel of your cue sticks I'm a beginner and I'm sure this poolstick will help me alot better than the ones in the pool halls love the carbon fiber shafts I bought 2 and just order to more 😀
